The notable UK band Pop Band Westlife have canceled all the upcoming stadium tours due to the novel coronavirus outbreak. It was said on their twitter handle that ” To all their fans- it is with the great sadness that despite putting best efforts, their shows were scheduled for the UK in June and July must be canceled,” A member of the band said to the news portal that the safety of their fans is more important than any events. Nicky and his bandmates Kian Egan, Mark Feehily, and Shane Filan have been having a ball to comeback success after reuniting in 2018 for their 20th anniversary. They placed number 1 rank with the album “Spectrum” and likely to go on their biggest tour to the date. They have to put the tour on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Their announcement continued that they have been following the UK government consultation enclosing expanse gatherings and it is apparent that this is the course that all they need to understand to assure the protection of their fan base because it is their responsibility, their crew and everyone around them but also to relieve the burden on those struggling tirelessly to fight this deadly virus.
They also said for those who have been on the Westlife journey with them know how important to perform was for them but they also are in the swim about it that safety must come head and foremost in achieving a successful tour. Their promoters are currently busy in the work with their ticketing partners and they would be in touch as soon as possible to process attenders refund.
They also advise to look out for an email from their ticketing agent quickly. Please only contact them if they have not been in contact by May 5th.
