People are coming out to watch this movie in very good numbers. Also, the makers did very good work in production and promotional work. Velaiilla Pattadhari 2 known also as VIP 2, is an Indian Tamil-Telugu comedy-drama movie which is directed by Soundarya Rajnikanth. This movie is a sequel to the 2014 Tamil-language movie Velaiilla Pattadhari, it has Dhanush, Amala Paul, Vivek, Saranya Ponvannan and Samuthirakani returning from the first film, another cast including Kajol. Dhanush, besides acting, is also co-producing the film and has written the story and dialogues for the movie.

Story based on-

VIP 2 (Lalkar) is a Tamil movie starring Dhanush and Kajol in prominent roles. The cast also includes Amala Paul and Vivek. It is a romance drama action movie directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth, with Sean Roldan as the music director, forming part of the crew.
