Vijay’s Mersal Become The First South India Movie Which Registered Title’s Trademark :- Well, now like Bollywood, South Indian movies are also getting trademark trend because of the future legal issues and title fight. As per the reports, Mesal which is an upcoming South Indian movie featuring Vijay in the main leading role has registered their title trademark. Also, the sources are saying that Mersal has become the first movie from south India to trademark its title. This makes this movie is a quite different and sources are saying that makers are not in a mood for any type of problem for the movie.
Also, the maker of the movie has taken this decision almost six months ago and went on to register the trademark for this title. As a makers point of view, it is a very good step because it helps them to avoid the future thrash title claims or other issues with the title in the future. Even some people are saying that this is just another step for making the controversial hype for the movie in between people.

You all may know that earlier the makers of Mersal made this movie the first movie to get an emoji on twitter for the movie. A source from the movie said that “Previously, in Kollywood, a production house had trademarked their name, but this is the first time, a title is being trademarked here. So, if anybody uses the term Mersal for commercial purposes, a part of their revenue should be paid to the team as royalty. For example, if someone decides to come up with a Mersal bubblegum, they will be using our trademark and have to pay us royalty.”
If you all are waiting for the movie then you should wait for it till Diwali. Mersal is directed by Atlee. Also, the movie features Vijay in a triple role for the first time in his career which is going to be exciting to see. Also, He will be seen playing a panchayat head, a doctor, and a magician. Even the movie, which also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nithya Menen, marks the second collaboration of Atlee and Vijay is produced by Sri Thenandal Films. Also, the music of this movie is composed by AR Rahman.
