Kerala High Court rejects actor Dileep’s bail plea 2nd time in actress abduction case

Reports are coming that once again Kerala High Court rejected the bail plea of Malayalam actor Dileep. Sources are saying that he is trying a lot but once again he got rejected by the high court. Dileep was arrested on July 10 and since that time he has remanded in custody for allegedly conspiring in the Malayalam actress attack and abduction case. Even, since that time actor Dileep is trying his hard to get bail but this is the second time when the high court rejected his plea.

In his fresh plea, the actor reiterated that he has never met or been in touch with the prime accused in the case – Pulsar Suni. He also stated that he is neither the kingpin of any criminal conspiracy against the accused nor the person who plotted the abduction and attack on the Malayalam actress. As you can see that actor is trying his heard to get the attention of High Court so that he can get bail plea.

The actor attributed the allegations against him as being part of a ‘large’ conspiracy by a powerful section in the Malayalam film industry and certain ‘individuals’ who have influence with the politicians, police, and media, which they are using to spread malicious and false rumors about him. You may maybe not now but before that Kerala High Court rejected the actor’s bail plea and the high court said on written order that the actor has considerable clout and releasing him on bail poses a clear threat to the victim.

Also, the police are currently investigating his real estate and land related deals because it came out that actor has about 35 real estate land deals, the details of which had been sought from the Registrar by the Enforcement Directorate earlier. Even sources are saying that his friends are also in under police eye and they are being questioned by the police.
