MES Recruitment 2021: Educational Qualification
As mentioned previously, MES are recruiting for the various post in Supervisor (B/S) and Draughtsman.
For the post of Draughtsman: Essential Qualification & Desired Qualification
Candidates who are applying for the post of Draughtsman are required to hold a 3 years diploma in Architectural Assistantship from an approved Institution and apart from that one year of experience in the Auto Cad, Printing and Lamination Machine will be desirable.
For the Post of Supervisor B/S: Essential & Desired Qualification
PG degree with economics or Business Studies/statistics or commerce or Public administration from an approved institute or university and must have one year of experience in handling bookkeeping in-store or in a concern of State or Central or PSU or any approved institution or Financial institution or in a private sector company listed with SEBI or a UG degree with Economic, Commerce, Statistics or Business Studies or Public Administration as one of the subjects. Diploma in MM/Warehousing Management/ Logistics/ Public Procurement and should have 2 years of experience.
MES Recruitment 2021: Age Limit & Pay Scale
Candidates should be between 18-30 years of age in order to apply for the above post.
- Draughtsman (Pay Scale): Pay level 6 (Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400)
- Supervisor B/S (Pay Scale): Pay Level 6 (Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400)
MES Recruitment 2021: Vacancy & Exam Pattern
There are a total of 572 vacancies and out out of which 458 are for the post of Supervisor while the remaining 114 are for the post of Draughtsman. The candidates are required to pass the written examination test in order to qualify for the above posts. There are 4 sections in the paper and each section contains 25 questions while the total marks allotted for the examination is 125 markets. The total duration of the exam is of 2 hours.
- General Intelligence and Reasoning – 25Q/ 25 marks.
- General Awareness and English – 25Q/ 25 marks.
- Numerical Aptitude – 25Q/ 25 marks
- Specialised Topic – 25Q/50 questions.

The application fees for the general category is Rs.100 while Women/Sc/ST/PWD and ESM categories are exempted from the application fees.
