The crown of Miss Alabama 2021 was won by beautiful Lauren Bradford on Saturday night. The competition took place on the last night at the historic Alabama Theatre in Birmingham. Lauren Bradford is a 21-years-old beautiful woman who won the title of Miss Alabama this year. In this competition, she competed with the 38 other contestants for the year 2021 to win the state title. Now, Lauran will move to represent Alabama states in the Miss America competition that will be held soon. Now, Bradford has taken over the part from the Miss Alabama 2019-20’s Tiara Pennington.
As per the details, Pennington holds up the crown for an extra year because the 2020’s crown competition was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. On Saturday night, Tiara crowned Lauran Bradford with the bouquet of red roses at the Alabama Theatre. During the event, Bradford said that it was “Bizarre” to get the name of Miss Alabama and it was amazing when the announcement of her win was held on the stage.
Bradford shared her experiences and moments with everyone with her precious words at the stage of Alabama theatre. The moment was too special for her because she came first after defeating 38 competitors from 38 countries. Now, the yearlong reign of the 2021 Miss Alabama starts from now. She will organize public appearances, speak to needy people, will take part in charity works, motivate children, and many more. The organization of Miss Alabama named “social impact initiative”.

During pageant week, Cash scholarships were given to the contestant in various categories. According to the Miss Alabama Pageant guide, it was a total of $106,550. Well, the Miss Alabama title comes with the $10,000 scholarship. So, the 1st runner-up gets $3,5000, 2nd Runner-Up- $3,000, 3rd- $2,500 and the 4th Runner-Up- $2,000.
On the other side, the 7 Semi-finalist of the competition receives around $1,250 for the scholarship. While the rest of the contestants get $1,000 to each competitor in the pageant. While many colleges and universities provide many kinds of scholarships to Miss Alabama and other competitors for expenses.
