Finally after a long wait, the PUBG Mobile Pro League North America (PMPL) is about to happen after few days. This is going to be the first edition of the league and will begin on 23rd March 2021. The league is going to host top leading 20 teams from the North America region that are going to face-off each other in order to get the winning title along with the big prize money.
PUBG Mobile Pro League North America Format
The format of first season of PUBG Mobile Pro League North America (PMPL) is very similar to the format of the PUBG Mobile World League (PMWL) West. Just like PMWL, there will be total number of 20 teams that will be participating in this league for the first two days of the week for qualifying successfully for the next round i.e. Superweekend.
In the Superweekend, there will be only 16 teams that will qualify for this round and will contest for three days more in order to get maximum league points. The league stage of the PMPL will be held for three weeks in total. Additionally, in the overall league stages, only super weekend points are going to be counted.
PMPL Season 1 Grand Finale & Prize Pool
The league stages will conclude on 11th April 2021 and the top 16 teams are going to qualify for the next round i.e. Grand Finals. The final round of the tournament is scheduled to be taking place on April 16th and it is going to carry on till April 18th. The prize pool for the first edition of the PUBG Mobile Pro League North America is massive I.e. 150k USD.
Participating teams in the PUBG Mobile Pro League S1 North America
There are total 20 teams participating in the first season of the league, out of which seven are the top invited teams and 13 teams have made their way to this tournament through PUBG Mobile Club Open North America 2021 (PMCO) qualification round. These 20 teams are further divided into five groups, including four teams each.
Group A: XSET (Invited), Passion Fruit Esports, Team JCR, LEVEL X
Group B: The Unnamed (Invited), Syndicate, Helping Quit Addiction, Dior Esports
Group C: NOVA Esports (Invited), SegmentX, The Panthers, Mezexis Esports NA
Group D: Lazarus (Invited), Pro Era, We Support Farmers, Enigma Fan Club,
Group E: 19 Esports (Invited), Pittsburgh Knights, The Hitlist (Invited), Ghost Gaming (Invited)

For live streaming the events of PMPL season 1, the viewers can get the access on PUBG Mobile Esports YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch starting. The timing for the same will be 7 PM EDST/4 PM PDST. According to IST, the event will begin at 4:30 AM IST.
