Aspirants who are looking for a job in India’s biggest banks, SBI has got an amazing opportunity, as the bank has released the post for SBI Clerk (Junior Associate) 2021. State Bank of India is the governing body of this examination and official notification regarding the same has been released on 26th April 2021 on the official website of SBI. The application for the same started on 27th April 2021 while the date for filing the application form of the SBI clerk is further extended to 20th May 2021. SBI Clerk Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognized university.
  • The age of the candidates should not be less than 20 years and must not be above 28 years of age as of 1st April 2021. However, age relaxation is provided to SC/ST. PWD/J&K Migrants and Ex-servicemen and Widow and Divorced Women.

SBI Clerk Recruitment 2021: Examination Procedure

The exam of the SBI Clerk is conducted in two phases.

  1. Phase 1: Preliminary Examination
  2. Phase 2: Mains Examination

The candidates who qualify in the Prelims Exams are further called for the Main Examination and the candidates are required to clear both the stages.

SBI Clerk Recruitment 2021:Prelims Exams

SBI Clerk Prelims exams consist of three sections. The total duration of the paper is 1 hour, while the examination has been allocated 100 marks. The English section contains 30 questions and each question carries 1 mark. The Numerical Ability consists of 35 questions and carries 1 mark each. Whereas the Reasoning section also consists of 35 questions and contains 1 marks each. Just like the previous time, this time too, SBI has added a section timing pattern meaning that the candidates will be given 20 minutes for each section.

  • English Language – 30 Q/30 Marks/ 20 mintues
  • Reasoning – 35 Q/ 35 marks/ 20 mintues
  • Numerical Abilitiy – 35Q/ 35 marks/ 20 minutes

SBI Clerk Recruitment 2021:Vacancy & Pay Scale

A total of 5454 vacancies have been introduced by SBI for the post of SBI Clerk. Out of the 5454 posts, 5000 vacancies are secured for the regular posts while 237 posts are secured for the Backlog posts. Candidates who will be hired for the post of Junior Associate in SBI will be given a basic pay of Rs 13075.

The candidates who are interested in the post of Junior Associate can directly go to the official website of SBI, “www.sbi.co.in” and are required to follow the below procedure.

  • The candidates are required to fill the application form of SBI Clerk Recruitment 2021 and fill in all the necessary details, and also are required to attach mandatory documents in the proper format.
  • After that, the candidates are required to fill in all the academic details and other qualifications.
  • Thereafter, the aspirants have to tap on the save button and pay the prescribed fees.
