One of the most popular American DJ, songwriter and record producer named Thomas “Diplo” Wesley Pentz is filed to be accused by a former girlfriend named Shelly Auguste for the allegation of sexual battery. The action appears after the DJ registered for a restrictive law upon his ex-girlfriend for the allegation of stalking her and harassed her. The right and the law drama firstly started later Auguste arose a restrictive law on the musician late in the past year. The Los Angeles citizen supposedly blamed the music artist for sharing vengeance videos, nonconsensual physical action and daily imitating. As per the reports it is recommended that Shelly and Diplo prime communicated in the year 2014 and at that time his ex-girlfriend is only 17 years old. Although, in a new case, the following stated that the pair only had a common connection for a short span of time in the year 2018.
The popular DJ also asserted that Auguste’s restrictive law upon him was driven out but the accused girl talks to the Pedestrian TV about the incident. In addition to this, she stated that the pair now has a common secret deal amidst them. Shelly premier declared a restrictive law on Diplo in the month of November last year and in reaction to this, the DJ declared a related law on the ex in the month of December last year. Diplo assertedly blamed Auguste for sharing physically graphic content including both pair.
The “Where Are U Now” maker agreed to bartering explicit content and staying physically connected with his ex named Auguste in the year 2019. Although, he insisted that Shelly began giving his private photos and videos to his parents, colleagues and former associates after they separated spaces in the year 2020. After that, the DJ tried to convey legal action on Auguste once over in the month of April in 2021 and the 42-year-old assertedly blamed his ex for moving the more mile to bother him and his parents.
Later, Diplo ostensibly stated that the girl was involved in cyberbullying utilising fake accounts, tracking and tormenting him with vengeance videos. Diplo even blamed the girl for giving discriminatory information to his new partner named Jevon King. He continued on to insist that he also sold his LA house and shifted to a different area just because of Auguste’s continuous comes to his home. Later, Auguste disallowed giving discriminatory messages to King. She even told that Diplo registered an action to take vengeance for her steps on him.
