CPL 2016: TKR Trinbago Knight Riders Vs Barbados Tridents BT Match Highlights :- The last match of the CPL was between the Trinbago Knight Riders and the Barbados Tridents and it was one of the brilliant games of t20 cricket.


The Trinbago Knight riders had lost their opening game of this year’s CPL and has entered into this match with a single motive of winning this match.

The Trinbao batted first , with the opening pair of McCullum and the Amla. Although, McCullum failed to make any impact and got out after scoring only a single run.

Ravi Rampaul dismissed Darren Bravo and Umar Akmal within the short span of time. Then there was two paired left of Amla and Dwayne Bravo to steady the ship of this team.

These both batted together for the partnership of 150 runs stand where Amla scored the match winning 81 and Bravo scored much needed 61 to take the scoreboard to 170/5 .

Although, this total was looking chasable for the Barbados Trident especially when AB Devilliers, Keiron Pollard, and Shoaib Malik was on that team.

Then, Steven Taylor with his opening partner Kyle Hope opened the batting for Barbados Tridents but Kyle Hope failed after scoring only 11. Then after hat Shoaib chopped in for a little time but then gave his wicket to Suleiman Benn.

Then walked the Superman of World Cricket Devilliers and when it was looking that the situation was under control Steven Taylor gave his wicket and gone back to the pavilion for only 37.

Sonn after Keiron Pollard got himself out for a duck and then AB Devilliers also got out for 12 runs. After that Nicholas Pooran made a quickfire 33 off just 12 balls and when he was looking dangerous, he got himself involve in a runout.

After that, the lower order of Barbados team was failed to contribute any run in the chase.

For Trinbago Knight Riders, Kevon Cooper, and Sunil Narine bowled brilliantly and claimed the two wickets each under their belt.

Hashim Amla was declared the Man of the Match for his match wining knock of 81.
