She started her business recently but in lockdown, couldn’t survive. Lately, her mother also passed away. She couldn’t bear these losses and committed suicide. In the starting of March, she started the online fashion label business with her beau when the coronavirus crisis started fastened the world with its dangerous disease. She ended her life on 18th May, almost a month later of her mother’s death.
According to the reports, the death of the beauty pageant is confirmed by The mode agency ” They said they are enormously in grief to announce that the beauty pageant and versatile model Amber-Lee Friis is no more among us. She was the Miss Universe finalist from New Zealand in 2018. The police didn’t expose the cause of the death, it was all sudden. Many celebs from the same industry expressed their sympathy for the model’s family. The 23 years old model found dead at her house. According to the police officials, they haven’t found any suicide note.

CEO of Miss Universe New Zealand, Nigel Godfrey said in a Facebook post ” She was a very powerful and independent girl. She was a pure soul and honest. They were very proud to call her a friend and had positive energy.
