The director of the Aquaman series has announced that the second film in the franchise of Aquaman would take place just after four years of the original release. Aquaman is the story of Arthur playing by Jason Momoa and Mera playing by Amber Heard. Arthur Curry is half human and half Atlantean. He is so powerful and has superpowers, he could communicate with the sea creatures and swim at supersonic speed. Mera is the daughter of King Nereus. She is a warrior, love interest of Arthur, and princess of Xebel.
