One of the most famous boy band in the world, BTS aka Bangtan Boys recently released their second English language single, “Butter” after “Dynamite” that was released in the year 2020. It’s been only one week since the music album released on the official youtube channel of HYBE LABELS and as of now the music has gained 280 million views and has heard 16 million likes. As of a matter fact, many musicians and celebrities have compared the South Korean boy band with the famous English rock band, ‘The Beatles.’ Their new single butter has recently topped the Billboard Hot 100 Charts list in a very short span.
After Jackson’s 5, it is the second single that has gained the first four no.1 in such a short time period. The single by the BTS group, ‘Butter’ was released on 21st May 2021 and was recorded under the Dogg Bounce and Larry & George studio under the label of Big Hit and Sony Music. The genre of the song is Dance Pop, Disco pop and EDM. The song is written by Robert Grimaldi, Stephen Kirk and RM and Jeena Andrew and others.
While the music video is directed under the direction of Yong Seok Choi and is produced by Emma Sungeun Kim and GE Production. The length of the music video is 2 minutes 45 seconds. Before the single Butter, the South Korean band boy released their first-ever complete English single, “Dynamite” which has gained more than 1.1 Billion views and 28 million likes.
There are a total of seven members in the band, named, “RM, J-Hope, V, Jungkook, Suga, Jimin and Jin”. Out of these seven members, RM is the leader of this band. Their other songs named, “Life Goes On” which was dedicated to their army when the whole world was forced to shut themselves at their homes, because of the Wuhuan virus pandemic, also received immense praise and love from the fans across the globe.
Apart from that, the “Savage Love (laxed-siren beat)”, along with “Life goes on” and “Dynamite” also gained the No. 1 place on the Billboard Hot 100 hit charts. Thus, making the BTS group the first-ever group to gain three songs simultaneously in No.1 entrance. Not only their new single, “Butter” topped the Billboard Chart of the US, but has also topped the Billboard Global Chart 200. The song has also gained 11.04 million streams on the popular music streaming platform, Spotify under the Global Chart and also holds the record of getting the highest single-day stream of 20.9 million on Spotify.
