Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 actor Parth Samthaan was tested positive on 12th July 2020 along with his full-time house helper Sunil Sahu. The actor resumed shooting after the lockdown and BMC issued guidelines to be followed by the actor to control the spread of COVID-19 outbreak. The residence of DB Woods society where Parth dwells registered a complaint against him to not follow BMC’s guidelines and the dwellers claim that he also visited Pune before a few days and put residence life into the danger. As per the reports, an official complaint has been filed against the actor by the DB Woods society, Goregaon.
A Twitter user Rajiv Ranjan has shared a copy of the complaint on his twitter handle and penned the life of the society members are being put into the risk, strict action should be taken against Parth by Mumbai Police and BMC. The complaint letter had the signature of society chairman and secretary. “Parth Samthaan and his full-time helper were tested positive for COVID-19 and the BMC issued guidelines to be followed and they both have been home quarantined and the society was also sealed by BMC. However, on 21st July he was tested negative while his helper was positive once again. On 27th July, the seal was lited however the lobby which goes forward to Parth’s flat was supposed to lift the seal on 31st July”.

After all the restrictions Parth moved out of the containment zone on 27th July when he was restrained by the neighbour he didn’t listen and continued to visit the society. On 28th July, he came back again at 6:00 and went out at 9:30. All the complaints and comments forced him to reply and he came to his social media handle where he said: ” He tested negative and has been home quarantined for 17 days and it is more than 14″.
He had a panic attack last night and thought to spend some time with his family hence arrived at Pune. He continued to say that he was recovered from the disease and he is much safer than anyone so please check your facts before calling anyone danger.
