Now, Prabhas’s Saaho is in big trouble as the French director Jerome Salle has accused the makers of plagiarising the film from his French movie Largo Winch. Also, the sources are saying that Largo Winch was released in 2008. You all should know that people who watched Saaho in India they have tagged the director on social media and pointed out certain uncanny resemblances in the plot to Salle’s French movie.
You all should know that after seeing a lot of tweets the French director and Jerome Salle in a cheeky response wrote on Twitter, “I think I have a promising career in India (sic).” You all should know that this isn’t the first time when Telugu movie is accused of the stealing before this Pawan Kalyan starrer Agnyathavaasi was also accused of stealing the plot of the French film. Overall, it is a piece of bad news for the makers of Saaho because they have already received mixed reviews for the movie.
“It seems this second “Freemake” of Largo Winch is as bad as the first one. So please Telugu directors, if you steal my work, at least do it properly? And as my “Indian career” tweet was, of course, ironic, I’m sorry but I’m not gonna be able to help (sic)”. – Jerome Salle
Now, if we talk about the plot of Largo Winch then we can say that the storyline revolves around an adopted son who must prove his legitimacy and take over his father’s empire following the latter’s death. Now, you all should know that both Saaho and Agnyaathavaasi are centered on characters played by Pawan Kalyan and Prabhas and they both have the same plot where to prove their legitimacy they work hard when their fathers are murdered.
