We all must have known the popular British reality TV series show, “The Voice UK”. The show is admired and loved in the UK as well as from all around the world. The voice has given many great singers to the world and we are really grateful for that. We know that “The Voice UK 2021”, has just ended and we also got the winner of series 10, Craig Eddie from Team Anne Marie. When the show ended, everyone was sad and then, the pandemic also added salt to it. But here is the good news for the “The Voice UK” lovers. It is expected that the reality show, will soon be going to release its 11th series. However, no official announcement has been made regarding the same by the makers of the show. It is most likely that the show will air from 1st January 2022, Saturday on ITV.
Also, no confirmation has been made regarding who will be the four coaches this time in the show, but the chances are higher that, the previous coaches of the 10th series, this time too will be the coaches for the 11th series. In the 10th series, Anne-Marie, Sir Tom Jones, Will.i.am and Olly Murs were the coaches. In a statement given by Sir Tom Jones to a famous unknown channel, he said that “he would love to be the coach for the upcoming series if the makers want to.”
In the previous series, that is, in series 10 of the show, popular British singer and songwriter Anne-Marie who sung many popular hit songs like “Friends” and “Ciao Adios” replaced Meghan Trainor. The reason why Trainor was replaced was that she was pregnant and therefore, she wanted to give some time to her baby as well as to her family. Talking about, who will going to host the 11th series of the show, it is anticipated that Emma Willis will host the upcoming series this time, too.
It will be interesting to know, the format of Voice UK 2022. Earlier, in the previous season, the makers of the show introduced a “Block” button in the show. The block button allows each coach to block one particular singer, which they do not want to go to a particular coaches team. However, this button can only be pressed once by each coach. This new addition to the show made the previous series very intriguing and appealing.
Other than that, the show will follow the usual format, where the blind auditions will be taken, and the contestant will sing songs while coaches will not be able to see the contestant. They can only hear the contestant sing and if some intrigued them with their performance, the coaches will press their button, which will rotate their chairs. The application for series 11 of “The Voice UK 20221” has started and the people who are interested, can go to the ITV website and there they can fill the online application form.
