PUBG Mobile collaborating with Resident Evil: Resident Evil’s characters, style gears and missions in PUBG: During the PUBG Mobile Star Challenge 2018 which was held in Dubai, Tencent Games made an announcement hinting its partnership with Resident Evil 2. There are some new plans for PUBG Mobile, according to the Tencent Games. These new plans of collaboration are offering new features in the game and as Resident Evil is an epic battle game so, gamers are expecting intense battles in the PUBG mobile.
PUBG Mobile is collaborating with Resident Evil 2 remake
According to the tweet from the Dubai eSports event, PUBG Mobile may possibly be seeing this as a new linkup with a prevalent franchise; however a corporation with another gaming studio is unusual. One can easily see the visuals from the Resident Evil franchise, through its small teaser with zombies and dark alleys. Yet there is no official statement from the makers of Resident Evil, RE Games, in terms of the collaboration with PUBG.
The new update in PUBG is expected to feature Resident Evil’s skins, missions and style gear. Previously, the Zombie mode available on the PC version would also feature in smartphones and will be available in PUBG Mobile shortly. In the PC versions of PUBG, the Zombie mode appeared in the custom matches and was not feasible in the regular gameplay.
Not only with the Resident Evil but, PUBG has also collaborated with other franchises. The popular Battle Royale game is also seen promoting Mission Impossible: Fallout. For a limited period of time, gamers were able to witness the Franchises and the movie’s Characters and ammo packs.

PUBG Mobile through its official account made the announcement on 1st December 2018 on twitter. The announcement said, “The last day of #PMSC2018 Dubai Finals. What could be more exciting than announcing that PUBG MOBILE is teaming up with @RE_Games! Something is coming very soon. #pubgmobilexre2”
The season 4 of the also started previous month and has featured skins from DC comics such as Harley Quinn and The Joker. The characters from the Resident Evil are under development so it is sure that soon PUBG mobile is going to feature Resident Evil franchise in the maps and missions.
