While the people in the country are under lockdown, the mobile companies have decided to extend their warranty period for free to help their valuable customers. Companies usually charge an extra amount to extend it, however because of the unfortunate events going on the brands have extended their warranty period on their devices and applications for free.
Samsung, LG and Others To Give Extended Warranty
Check out who are the companies which are ready to extend their warranty for free-
1. Samsung- Samsung has increased it’s warranty period till a May 31,2020. The warranty will be valid for all products whose warranty period expired during this lockdown I.e., between March 20 and April 30.
2. Realme- Realme has also extended its warranty period till May 31, 2020 for all the customers whose warranty expired between March 20 to April 30,2020. They will get free warranty without any additional charges.
3. Oppo- All oppo phones users whose warranty was expired will receive free extension. The people whose warranty expired after March 23 can avail this offer till May 31. This warranty will be applied to smart watches and other accessories too.
4. Vivo- Vivo has also promised the extension of warranty for customers whose warranty expired after March 25 and it will be extended till May 31.
5. One plus- Oneplus has extended his warranty till May 31 for all the phones whose warranty ended between March 1 and May 30.
6. Nokia- Nokia has gone all the way to extend the warranty. It has announced that all the Nokia phones whose warranty will be expired between March 15 to May 15 will automatically receive an extended validity for 60 days.
7. Huawei and Honor- This phone company will offer extension till June 30. It is only valid if your validity expired between March 21 and June 21.
8. Lenovo and Motorola- Lenovo and Motorola users can avail extended warranty till May 31 if their warranty expired between March 15 and April 30,2020.
9. ASU’s- Asus is also offering extended warranty on all the devices till May31. If your warranty expired between March 25 and April 14.
So if you also own a phone of any brand mentioned above which was recently bought but lost its warranty period in this lockdown this is a great news for you. Phone companies are certainly making their whole effort for the comfort of its customers.
