Important announcement, for the candidates who have appeared in the examination of NDA (National Defense Academy) and NA (Naval Academy) (I) exam. Union Public Service Commission has released the results of the NDA and NA (I) examination for the year 2020 on 6th March 2021. Every year UPSC conducts NA and NDA examination twice. Aspirants who have the passion to serve their motherland and wants to pursue their career in the Indian Defense force appear in this defence entrance examination. These national level exams are conducted every year in the month of April and September. All the details regarding the NDA/NA 2020 examination are mentioned below.
UPSC NDA-(I) and Naval Academy Result 2020
Every year, nearly 4 lakh aspirants apply for the NDA/NA examination and out of them only around 6,000 candidates are selected and called for the next round which is the SSB Interview that measures the Personality and Intelligence of the candidates. Based on the performance of the applicants, they will be recruited in the Army, Indian Air Force and Navy Force.
Follow the below steps to check your Result for NDA/NA (I) 2020 examination
- Candidates need to go to the official website of UPSC which is, “upsc.gov.in”
- Under the what’s new section. Click on the link, “Final Result: National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I) 2020”
- A PDF link shall be available for the candidates.
- Candidates can download the PDF link and can search for their Roll Number and Name on the PDF link.
This time 533 candidates are qualified in the NDA/NA (I) examination. The merit score is based on the written test that was conducted on 6th September 2020, followed by Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview. The marks of the candidates shall be available on the official website of UPSC, within 15 days. Also, the result for NDA/ NA (II) 2020 will be announced separately by the Union Public Service Commission.
The candidates who want to appear for the next year, that is, the 2021 NDA/NA examination, shall be well prepared in advance. As per the UPSC 2021′ calendar, the written exam for NDA (I) examination shall be conducted by the UPSC on 18th April 2021 while the NDA (II) examination will be conducted on 5th September 2021.
