A piece of breaking news comes straight from the city of Punjab where one of the Youtuber named Paras Singh taken to one-day custody after phyletic statements made on the senior Congress MLA of Arunachal Pradesh named Ninong Ering along with the people of the state. The warrant was made by the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court on Friday and then a Special Investigation Team of three-person was sent to the Ludhiana to took the Youtuber to Itanagar. The SIT contains 3-member which is charged by the inspector Techi Vijay with constables G L Ray and Aman Kumar Meena and later he made a statement in which he said that Paras was presented before the CJM court via video conference on Friday and then the cops caught him into custody for more investigation. He will be presented before the court on Saturday.
After that, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) supervisor of police named Rohit Rajbir Singh passed a statement that, during the interrogation with Paras Singh, he said to them that he carrying two Youtube accounts and he makes both channels to earn money through Google Adsense. His first channel name is Paras Official which carries 4.68 lakh subscribers and in which he used to put videos which are on tricks, tips, and notifying his subscribers regarding the different skins of games such as Call of Duty (COD) mobile and PUBG videos and also he contains the second channel which carries the name of Paras Gamers in which there are around 3.94 lakh subscribers where he used to live to stream of several games.

The channels of the Youtubers are being monetized and verified by Youtube and he earns around a total of Rs 20000 to Rs 25000 per month. Also, in the interrogation, he said that he used to make these type of controversial video by which he could earn much money from Youtube with the higher number of views on the channel. He was infuriated after seeing the note sent by MLA Ering exploring a prohibition on PUBG, as halting the online game would have involved a lack in revenue for him. Paras did this because Mr Ering wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for remains the ban on PUBG Mobile India’s new avatar Battlegrounds Mobile India.
The SIT team has taken one laptop, tablet and three mobiles from the YouTuber’s property for more research and he is filed against the IPC Section under u/s 124A/ 153A/ 505(2) IPC and along with this, there are several FIRs registered against the Youtuber.
