The Bollywood film “Bangistan” released last week which did not perform well as per expectation the makers had for the movie. The trade pundits predicted the future of the satire drama “Bangistan” and, they proved right. The buzz for the film “Bangistan” was already low and moderate followed by below average.

The B-Town actors Riteish Deshmukh and Pulkit Samrat are playing lead role in the movie with the tinsel town’s sensation Jacqueline Fernandez, who made an extended cameo appearance. The film gets low opening last week, back then on its first day the film receives moderate and below average opening.
The critics penned down mostly negative points for the film and say, “Bangistan” have decent production values but the content is weak, script has not written properly other than predicted storyline. Apart from receiving terrible reviews from the critics the film witness unsuccessful response at the box office and see a disastrous weekend.
“Bangistan” just received Rs.4 crore on its first week worldwide. Even Excel production’s another flop film “Game” had managed collections around the 7.5 crore in its final run, and Bangistan won’t even reach there.

Karan Anshuman directed the film “Bangistan” which is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. The film was touted as social satire drama with strong message but sadly people show thumbs down to the movie after it’s released.
