The Akshay Kumar starrer “Airlift” is all set to be counted as one of the super hit movie with huge earning of money on the Bollywood box office. The film made an average opening with the moderate collections at the box office but the film fairly earned good income on the box office after its two and three days released with positive feedback from the critics and the positive mouth publicity also helped the movie to earn good amount of money.

Akshay Kumar’s latest released political thriller “Airlift” earned total amount of Rs 44.24 crore in its opening weekend. On today morning due to the Republic Day eve it is anticipating that “Airlift” will be earning more handsome money due to the National Holiday occasion.
In North India the film is doing extremely well and in New Delhi all shows of the movie is going houseful in both multiplexes and silver screen. While, “Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3” is only managed to collects Rs. 17.2 crore in its opening weekend, which does no justice to the price that was demanded for distribution rights.
Already we saw first released of the year “Wazir” did okay business at the box office. In its second weekend the film collects Rs 8.25 crore and total done by the movie is Rs 36.65 crore. However, because of 2 new released of the year, “Wazir” crashes’ badly.
With the strong competition from “Airlift”, “KKHH3” only managed to earned Rs. 20.15 crore* till Friday. On Monday the film “KKHH3” crashes’ badly.

With the superb opening Akshay Kumar’s “Airlift” had an amazing starts on the 1st Monday and it holds strong position also. The film collected total amount of around Rs. 11 crores on the 4th day, eventually the amount increased with Rs. 55.3 crores. For a movie with a patriotic theme, crossing 50 crores in four days is a very good for the movie anyway.
