Your favorite jodi Alia and Varun are back with the sequel of their 2014 superhit Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania, and its title “Badrinath ki Dulhania”. Director Shashank Khaitan has started the shooting of the film, titled “Badrinath Ki Dulhania,” in Mumbai, and the first look video of the film has been shared by the makers on social media.
The team will also reportedly shoot in Kota and Jhansi.The recce for the film began at the beginning of this year, and it is said the actors will be presented in a different avatar, and speak in a North Indian accent.

Alia and Varun are make a great couple and this will third movie together, after “Studen of the Year” and “Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania”.
The movie is directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar under the banner of Dharma production. The film marks the second installment of a franchise that began with Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (2014). Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt play the lead roles in the film, which is set in Uttar Pradesh. Principal photography for the film began in May 2016.
The movie is set to release on 10th March 2017.
