Honda Jazz is manufactured by the Japanese car manufacturer, Honda. Honda Jazz is also known as Honda Fit in Japan and it was initially launched in June 2001. The uplifted version of the Honda Jazz is launched in 2015 after much public expectation. The Honda Jazz is a five-door hatchback car suitable for Indian road conditions. The all-new Honda Jazz is offered in India with both petrol and diesel engine and manual/automatic gearbox in five different variants namely E, S, SV, V and VX. Only the S and V variants are provided with the auto-gear box in the newly launched Honda Jazz.

Honda Jazz has a modified exterior look with sporty appearance. It is provided with the cross fade mono form design, bold front design, aerodynamic side lines, modified rear spoiler and alloy wheel. The other exciting features are wraparound head lamps, spacious vent window and window graphics, attractive front fog lamp, rear LED lamp and tailgate spoiler with provision of integrated stop lamp.
Electronic adjustable outside mirror with turn indicator is an added feature. Rear side micro roof antennae and chrome garnish increase the aesthetic look of the Honda Jazz.
Interior Features Of Honda Jazz
The interior of the Honda Jazz is modified making it more spacious to accommodate more persons sitting neck to neck with comfort and ease. The inside cabin is provided with a premium dashboard and much preferred beige color, auto AC with touchscreen panel, tilt steering, adjustable driver seat and hands free telephone along with a paddle shift. The steering mounted audio system and iPod system is integrated in the newly launched Honda Jazz, giving us a pleasant driving experience. Multi information meter with eco assist system and ambient meter rings are the addendums to the interior design of the Honda Jazz. The other utility provisions of the Honda Jazz are central and floor console bottle/cup holder, multi use smart cup holder, front and rear door pockets and 354 liters boot space.
Details about the engines under the Hood
Honda Jazz comes in both petrol and diesel engines. The diesel engine is a 1.5L DTEC unit giving a best mileage figure of 27.3 kmpl and maximum speed of 100 PS. The petrol engine is 1.2L VTEC unit with a maximum power of 90 PS and mileage of 18.7 kmpl. The normal transmission systems are 5-speed, 6- speed manual transmissions, whereas automatic transmission systems are provided for certain variants.
Safety measures offered are ABS with EBD system, Anti-theft system and many more. The Honda Jazz is an affordable car as it is available for a price ranging from Rs. 5.35 to 8.63 Lakh.
