Madaari is an upcoming Indian social-thriller film directed by Nishikant Kamat, presented by Bharat Shah and produced by Shailesh Singh, Madan Paliwal, Sutapa Sikdar and Shailja Kejriwal.
The film is based on Mumbai Metro bridge collapse which took place in suburban Marol in 2012. The film stars Irrfan Khan, Jimmy Shergill and Tushar Dalvi in the main cast and is scheduled for release on June 10 2016.
The movie is directed by Nishikant Kamat, the film is being co-produced by Shailesh Singh, Madan Paliwal, Sutapa Sikdar, Shailja Kejriwal and co-produce by Nishant Pitti and Kshitiz Bhardwaj under Paramhans Creations, Dore Films and Saptrishi Cinevision production banner.
The trailer shows Irrfan Khan as a common man who lost his son, and kidnaps the Home minister’s son as a sign of revenge. Irrfan Khan is definitely on a roll and his acting abilities have hit a bouncer with this one.
