Actor Sharad Kelkar who turned from small screen actor into big screen actor is doing a justice for his selection in many Bollywood ventures.
Meanwhile, there is another feather in the acting career of Sharad Kelkar. As apart from his brilliant acting skill, he is known for giving his voice to many Hollywood movies.
The Hollywood movies like Guardian Of Galaxy(2014), Dawn of The planet of the Apes (2014) and X-Men: Apocalype (2016). Sharad Kelkar has given his voice in all these superhit flicks of Hollywood. And with no surprise, his voice suited the different character of all these movies.
And, now the news is coming out that Shekhar Kelkar will lend his voice to the Hollywood upcoming flick XXX: Return of the Xander Cage. Vin Diesel and Deepika Padukone will be seen in the main lead in this movie.
Sharad Kelkar is one of the most sought after actors for dubbing in India, but still, he had to put in some effort to match the texture of Vin Diesel’s voice.
In a recent interaction with the media reporters, Sharad informed them that ” I have dubbed for Vin for the first time and he has a gruff and slightly rough voice. The issue is that my voice is clear and deep, so I had to put in a lot of effort to emulate his voice. Vin also doesn’t move his lips much, so creating the correct tone wasn’t easy. I tapped into the mood of his character and enacted the scenes in the dubbing studio. This is what I call ‘method dubbing.”
Well, this will a real challenge for Sharad as he has to cope up with the character of Vin Diesel.
