Anupama states Pakhi used to stop her and demand to tag along. Pakhi says this time whatever occurs, she should not stop. Anupama becomes emotional. Anu calls out for Anupama. Anuj console. Doctor asks Anuj why they are not calling Anu’s mother as it will help her. Anuj sits with Mum. Anupama gets ready to go. Bhavesh stated to her that since they will not be able to bid goodbye thus Kanta and he has been not coming to the airport.
He assures Anupama that when she will come back, they will come to take her back. Anupama starts crying. She instructs Kanta and Leela to take their medicines on time and take care of themself. Shahs give a group hug to Anupama. Vanraj and Paritosh decide to take Anupama to the airport. Anupama’s phone falls, and she hears Anu asking to come back.
