Written Update of the show Anupama on the 13th of August: The episode of the 13th of August of Anupama starts with the appearance of Leela along with Hasmukh, who meets Vanraj. He is seen to be holding the hand of Leela and Hasmukh. Then Kavya says that the doctors have given pain killers to Vanraj, but the pain killer for the emotions of the parents has never been made by anyone. Hasmukh tells Vanraj to be fine as soon as possible so that he can play with his grandchildren. Vanraj asks through gestures about Anuj and asks about condition of Anuj.
Leela tells Vanraj that Anuj is in the operation theater and he does not need to worry about Anuj; Leela is never going to believe that Vanraj was behind the accident, even if the god tells her that Vanraj was behind the tragic accident of Anuj and somewhere himself. Adhik is seen to be calling Barkha, but it’s not reachable. Anupama looks at Anuj through the window of the incentive care in the Operation Theatre. Toshu comforts Anupama and advises Anupama to go home to take some rest, but she denies going. Anupama does not want to leave Anuj in critical condition and tells Toshu to bring something for Leela, Hasmukh, and GK to eat. Toshu goes and comes back with juice for Anupama. In the background Apne To Apne Hote Hain… song plays matching as per the situation.

Kavya tells Dolly that she should bring Anu with her to the hospital because Anu is missing her mother so much. Dolly thinks about Anu. Pakhi says to Dolly that she would also like to go with Pakhi. In the other scenario of the show, Anupama remembers that Anuj had sent her a voice note and she starts to play it. As the voice note plays, Anupama starts to imagine that Vanraj is sitting beside her and would say the things that are being said in the voice note; the voice note is of a romantic Shayari.
When Samar saw Anupama out of her senses, he shakes her and asks her to go out and meet Anu and Pakhi. Anu hugs Anupama and says that she had the juice.
