Anupama today’s episode starts when Leela blames both Anupama and Kavya. She says that because of both of them, Vanraj is suffering from this condition. Leela says first she will earful Anu and then, she will give it to Kavya next. Hasmukh says to Leela don’t create drama in the hospital. She points at Kavya saying she created drama at Paritosh’s wedding when Vanraj didn’t invite her. Leela accused her saying she fought with Vanraj and then, he rushed from there thus, he is in worse condition today. She asks her to leave the place. Kavya says she will not go from the hospital. Leela asks Kavya to leave the hospital otherwise, she will not let her stay here. Kavya replies to her that it is a hospital, not her house where She will follow her orders.
Leela drags Kavya and asks her to leave the hospital. Kavya request Anu and asks her to let her stay here. Anupama stops Leela from doing this. Leela asks her if she lost her mind. Anupama says to Leela that Kavya is Vanraj’s love so, maybe she should stay back. Hasmukh also supports Anu and Kavya thanks her. Kavya meets Vanraj and apologizes to him for her behavior. Samar asks Anu that why did she allow her to stay here in spite she knows that she will not change. Anupama replies to him saying he is also angry with his father and now, worrying about his condition. On the other side, Anupama and Kavya pray to God. The doctor checks Vanraj’s report and tells Shah’s that he has some internal injuries and we need to operate on him immediately. Shah gets shocked. The doctor says he needs blood.
Hasmukh and Leela decided to give their blood to Vanraj. The doctor says after seeing their age, he will not allow donating blood. Anu asks him to take his blood. Kavya interrupts and says that she is younger than her and also she is fit too. She insists to donate her blood. The doctor gets agrees and then, Kavya gives her blood to Vanraj. On the other side, Nandini makes comfort to Pakhi. She asks her to stay strong and write a gratitude note for him. Further, Vanraj is being operated. The doctor says Vanraj’s body reacting negatively and they need another donor. Anupama decides to give blood.
After some time, Doctor tells Shah that Anupama blood suits Vanraj. Leela says even Vanraj’s blood knows that who is right and who is wrong. Pakhi writes a gratitude note. Another side, the Doctor says Vanraj’s operation is successful but only one person can stay with him. Kavya says she will stay here. The doctor says only a family member will stay here. Leela asks Anupama to stay here. Anu decides to stop. Later, Samar hugs Nandini and feels guilty for misbehaving with Vanraj. Anupama takes care of Vanraj at the hospital. The episode ends.
