Anupama today’s episode starts when Anupama sees Vanraj on the floor and gets shocked. She goes to him and worried about him. Anupama says if he needs anything so, he can call anyone to help him. She calls Paritosh, Samar, and Pakhi to help Vanraj. Anupama tries to ask Vanraj about his hand but she remembers her past and moves back. She asks Paritosh to take care of him and asks if his hand is okay. Anu gets worried and Vanraj asks her to not to worry. Paritosh tells Anupama that Vanraj is okay. Kinjal says to Leela that he should do a massage of Vanraj in spite of knowing that Anu cares about Vanraj. Leela asks Kinjal not to interrupt her. Anupama will give a massage to Vanraj. Kinjal takes a stand for Anu.

Anupama takes oil and starts massaging Vanraj. Vanraj gets happy after seeing her. Vanraj tells her that it is the first time when she scolds him and he didn’t react. Vanraj says something to her and on the other side, Paritosh asks Kinjal that what kind of problem she has with Vanraj. Kinjal asks him why he can’t see the problem of Anupama. Paritosh and Kinjal start arguing with each other. Pakhi enters their room. Paritosh asks her to knock and then enter. Pakhi asks him to don’t talk to her like as she never knocked on a door before entering the room. Paritosh tells her that he is married now. On the other side, Pakhi asks Kinjal to share her red velvet dress as there is a festival of Makarsakranti in her college. Kinjal says she will give her the dress within 5 minutes after getting freshen up. Pakhi says to Kinjal she can take herself a dress.
On the other side, Pakhi asks Anupama why she always takes a stand for Kinjal. Anupama tries to understand Kinjal for her behavior. Pakhi accuses Anu of always supporting her daughter-in-law. Pakhi says Anupama if she will send Vanraj out of the home so, this time she will go with him definitely. Paritosh says to Anu why Pakhi is getting angry day by day. She says she never shared her things, and now, she has to share her father and brother too.
On the other side, Kavya decided to go to Vanraj’s house to stay with him because she can’t trust Anu anymore. Vanraj thanks Anupama and also says sorry to her. Anupama gets speechless and asks Vanraj if he needs anything, he can call him. Vanraj says he wants something but can’t explain. Also, Kinjal tells Shah that she has called her father to bring the car for Vanraj to take him to the hospital. Vanraj says he doesn’t need any help from Rakhi. Anupama makes understand to Kinjal.
