Bigg Boss ordered the contestants to choose the needed items from the provided list and warned that the luxury budget will be canceled if they exceeded the point so the captain Swetha instructed the contestants to select the luxury items.
During the task, the housemates started shouting and Sabu was not able to respond quickly. Ranjini took initiative to write the names for selecting the needed items.

She discussed with the other housemates and decided Ranjini and Archana to be present as the contender for the captaincy task. Even before selecting captains, Ranjini and Archana were seen discussing how each member will be lead the Bigg Boss house in the coming week.
The would-be captains were given a task regarded as the Dwandhayudham, in which both of them were given 13 number cards which they should provide to the all inmates as per the order of their popularity. Also, the contestants should remember about the order selected by their opponents. Both Ranjini and Archana successfully completed the task and then The nominated contestants of the week were ordered to pack their things which they locked in the storeroom.
During the conversation with Deepan, Archana said that Pearle was the cleverest person in the team and she also said that she was acted childish only to grab attention which also keep her in a safe zone.
