Written Update of the episode of the 12th of August of Kabhi Kabhi Ittfaq Sey: At the start of the episode, we get to see Gunjan who meets the doctor and tells her problems. Then the doctor tells her that she is suffering from the disease diplopia, and it can be dangerous if it is not treated in a short time period. The doctor tells her to take the tests so that her medicines can be started as soon as possible, and decides to test Gunjan on the spot, but she tells the doctor that she had to reach her home early. Whereas her family members wait for her at her home.
Gunjan calls Charu. He starts to shout at her because she is not responsible for her husband and family. Gunjan apologizes to him and tells him that she still needs some time for herself. She tells Charu not to wait for her because she has to go somewhere. Gungun reaches home, and meets Garima, she asks Gungun whether everything was fine or not. Garima asks Gungun to sit down, she sits down. Gungun tells Garima that she has come to take her blessings, and Garima blesses Gungun. She tells Garima that she has been nominated for the Word press award, and it is a big achievement for her.

Garima asks Gungun whether she would be able to manage her family in a proper way or not. Gungun does not reply to her question and asks a question to Garima if she would get upset if she tells her that she is suffering from a serious illness. Garima stops her from talking negative things about herself, she goes to the kitchen to bring some food for Gungun.
Armaan is called by Gungun, he wishes her on her anniversary. Gungun tells Armaan that she called him to fight with him. She starts to call Armaan Anubhav, and starts to cry. Gungun tells Armaan that she wanted to go home early, but she did not get time. He asks her for the reason, but she says sorry to Armaan for crying in front of him.
Armaan tells her that friends are made for that as everything can not be shared with the family. He also tells Gungun that it is fine that he is not in front of her, as if he would be there then he would not be able to stop himself from crying.
