One of the biggest International Tennis Tournament “French Open 2021” started on 30th May 2021 and with each passing day, the tournament is getting more and more exciting. R. Nadal vs C. Norrie
The Spanish tennis player, Rafael Nadal will be seen playing his third round against the UK’s player Cameron Norrie on the Court Suzanne Lengien at 5:45 PM (IST). R. Nadal has been unbeatable in the previous rounds and therefore, it will be interesting to know, whether C. Norrie will be able to defeat R. Nadal.
Nadal and Norrie have faced each other before in the Barcelona Open at the clay-court event and the former one has won the match by 6-1 and 6-4 scoreline. Meanwhile, they also faced each other at the Australian Open 2021 and in which the former again won the match by 7-5,6-2 and 7-5 points. Both R. Nadal and C. Norrie has been undefeatable in the previous rounds of Frech Open 2021.
N. Djokovic vs R. Berankis
The world No.1 tennis player from Serbia, Novak Djokovic will be seen competing against Lithuania’s Ricardas Berankis on Phillippe Chatrier at 4:45 PM (IST). The two have clashed and competed against each other 3 times. Back in 2021, the two played their last match against each in Roland Garros. In that match, Djokovic won the match effortlessly by 6-1, 6-2 and 6-2.
D. Koepfer vs R. Federer
The legendary tennis player from Switzerland, Roger Federer will compete against German player, Dominik Koepfer. The two will be playing their 3rd Round at the Phillippe Chatrier at 12:30 AM (IST). The players have not competed against each other and therefore, it will be their fast time facing off each other. R. Federer played his 2nd round against M. Cilic in a four set-battle and won the match by 2-6,6-2, 7-6 (7-4) and 6-2.
French Open 2021: Women’s Singles (Day 7 – Round 3)
I. Swiatek vs A. Kontaveit
The Estonia tennis player, Anett Kontaveit will be seen competing against Poland’s tennis player, Iga Swiatek. Round 3 is scheduled to take place at the Philipe Chatrier at 7:30 PM (IST). The two has faced each other at the Australian Open, where A. Kontaveit gave a head to head competition to I. Swiatek. She has beaten Swiatek two times, and therefore, she will appear more confident this time. Iga Swiatek defeated R. Peterson in the second round and qualified for the third round. Stay tuned with us.
