Jeep India has recently launched the edition and locally assembled of the Jeep Wrangler in India. Now, the Jeep Wrangler which is a made-in-India model Unlimited will available at the price of Rs 53.90 Lakh (Ex-showroom price). Also, the features and design have been shared by the Jeep automobiles. Now, the 5-seater off-roader has come to India. While the company provides a feature of a semi-knocked down (SKD) unit on behalf of the completely built unit (CBU). The 2021 Jeep Wrangler began last month at the Manufacturing facility near Pune in Maharashtra. Now, the pre-booking for the model has been started by the company. The other model, the Rubicon variant will available at the price of Rs. 57.50 Lakh (ex-showroom price).
2021 Jeep Wrangler: Engine & Features
The 2021 model Jeep Wrangler will be powered by a 2.0-liter and in-line 4-cylinder turbo-petrol mill that produced out 268hp power and gives you a 400Nm peak torque. While the engine of the Jeep is paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. It is interesting to know that the model will feature with 4×4 powertrain.
While the Rubicon variant model will come with some more additions to the powertrain including RockTrac 4×4 technology and TruLok will available on both of the axles. While the driving mode of the vehicle will adapt to the terrain in SUV for better performance. The model will have a ground clearance of 217mm, 760mm water wading capacity, skid platers, and gauge boron steel underbody. These things will provide you a better experience.
We can say that the Rubicon is called an off-roader, and the Unlimited variant model has come with a trail-rated and it has 18-inch aluminium alloys tyres including Selec-Trac 4×4 system with an active 4WD transfer case.
If we talk about the inside view of the model, both models, Unlimited and Rubicon will come with leather seats, finishing dashboard, Uconnect infotainment with smartphone connectivity, steering control, engine start and stop button, cruise control, and two-zone. With all of this, some more feature will get to see in the models like auto headlamps, LED fog and tail lamps, LED DRLs, removable doors, folded front windshield, and hardtop.
Now, these model will be available in variant 5 colours, sting grey, granite crystal, Black, Bright white, and firecracker red. The customer will get the Jeep Wrangler with over 120 original accessories from the company. Now, the customers will get some more packs by the company- Night Ultra Vision, Sports, Essential, and Explorer, all these packs will be given at the dealership point.
