The actor behind all these hit movies is the Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan who is well known as Mr. Perfectionist. Very disappointing news to his fans has been spreading everywhere. His upcoming movie ‘Laal Singh Chadda’ which was about to be premiered on Christmas at the end of this year, has been postponed to be released in 2021 around the same time.
The admirers of Aamir Khan have to wait for some more time to watch the star on screens. Ajit Andhre, the creator of this film has informed about this news on his Twitter account. He stated that they will still keep the Christmas date but in 2021 as the movie has been postponed and that they will purely focus to complete the movie.
The comedy-drama movie has been directed by Advait Chauhan who is debuting from this movie. It’s produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures in collaboration with Aamir Khan Productions. The postponed film has been shot in a total of 100 locations and seems to be the costliest movie of Aamir Khan so far.
Along with Aamir Khan, the Bollywood Diva Kareena Kapoor Khan is also a part of this film. Recently in an interview, she told that she might have refused the offer if there would be any other actor. She added that she only signed this movie because of Aamir and working again with him after 3 idiots have been so exciting and refreshing.
Laal Singh Chadda is an adaptation of 1994 released American film Forest Gump which was solely based on a novel, written by the author Winston Groom in 1986. Tom Hanks was in the lead role with Robert Wright and Grey Sinise being the other leads. The movie was the biggest hit of that year and received Academy Awards in many categories including, Best Picture, Best Screenplay, and Best Director. Tom Hanks even grabbed an Oscar Award for Best Actor. Apart from Academy Awards, it also received the People’s Choice Award.
Talking about Aamir Khan, he recently got captured at the Turkey International Airport where he was seen wearing black pants with a simple grey sweatshirt along with a blue mask.
