Nissan has finally launched the long-awaited new entry-level XE diesel trim of its compact SUV Kicks. Nissan Kicks XE arrives in Indian market with a price tag of Rs 9.89 lakh (ex-showroom, India), along with a five-year free warranty package, of which two-year standard as well as three-year extended and also 24X7 roadside assistance.
Nissan Kicks XE Diesel Specifications
The newly launched Kicks XE diesel is powered by the 1.5-litre 4-cylinder K9K dci engine that creates 110 bhp and 240 Nm of torque. Talking about its motor, it offers with a 6-speed manual transmission. For the diesel variant of the compact SUV, the ARAI certified fuel efficiency is 20.45 kmpl.
The new Nissan Kicks XE hit the market with about more than 50 features which comprises of auto AC along with the rear AC vent, 2 DIN STD audio with USB and Bluetooth connectivity, cooled glove box and shark fin antenna.
It comprises of many latest and standard safety features such as dual airbags, ABS with EBD and Brake Assist, central door lock with child lock, speed sensing auto door lock, rear parking sensors, and impact sensing auto door unlock. The compact SUV also claims of the Nissan Connect, the connectivity technology of carmaker, along with more than 50 features.

At the present, the diesel option of Nissan Kicks is available in total of four variants and these are as follows along with their prices (ex-showroom, India).

Kicks XL – Rs 11.09 lakh

Kicks XV Premium – Rs 13.69 lakh
Nissan Kicks is also available in a petrol option, which was launched earlier in this year that is January 2019, with the 1.5-litre 4-cylinder H4K motor that produces 106 bhp and 142 Nm. The mill is paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
For this option of Nissan Kicks, the ARAI certified mileage is 14.23 kmpl. The petrol option also further comes in two different variants and and these are as follows along with their prices (ex-showroom, India).
