One of the greatest luxurious multinational car manufacturing companies, Jaguar, has recently launched its brand new “Ranger Rover Velar” on 16th June 2021, that is, on Wednesday in the Indian market. The key highlight of this new Velar is that it will be available in both diesel as well as in the petrol engine model and will come with several modern and upgraded features. It has been reported that the new Velvar will be available in the Indian market at an ex-showroom starting price of Rs. 79.87 lakh. Also, previously, the company started its manufacturing operation of the same in India, thus, making its previous versions, “Made in India”.
Talking about the exterior of the car in little details, then there is absolutely no doubt that the luxurious car has its unique design and charm that is surely capable to grab anyone attention, with its unique smooth and polished copper guard accents, side and hood vents and the trim R-Dynamic adds more charms to the design of the new Velar car. The brand new Velvar has a 2.0 petrol engine as well as 2.0 diesel engine each and will give a maximum horsepower of 246hp and a 365 Nm of Peak Torque.
The diesel engine has the capability to generate a horsepower of 201hp and a peak torque of 430 Nm. Apart from these, the car has an on-demand Torque All Wheel Drive (AWD) technology that will allow the car to generate and provide power to each wheel, either on-demand or full-time. While for the stability control as well as other modes including breaking and transmission settings, the company has provided a Terrain Response 2 along with other driver assistance features.
Meanwhile, the interiors of the expensive and deluxe “Range Rover Velar” is also quite astonishing and eye-catching at the same time. The company has added various new features as well as modified the existing feature too, and the list can go on and on, however, we would like to enlighten you all with some key highlights of the interior of the car. The car has a 3D surround camera, a PM 2.5 filter along with a Cabin Air Ionisation and an innovative Pivi pro information and entertainment system.
Moreover, the car also has an Air electronic suspension, the main touchscreen, the size of which is around 10-inches while there is another touchscreen under the main touchscreen having a similar size that performs the air-conditioning and other entertainment functions. The car shall be available for sale at the various ex-showroom of the Jaguar in India and as previously discussed will be available at a starting price of Rs. 79.87 lakh.
