The most awaited Skoda Kushaq SUV which was earlier unveiled previously this year is all set to launch in Indian market very soon. The highly advanced technological automobile manufacturer Skoda was earlier about to launch the highly anticipated two vehicles for India i.e. Octavia sedan and the Kushaq SUV but due to on-going Covid-19 pandemic situation, the company has put its launch on hold.
However, the good news is that these two upcoming brand new technology automobiles are going to start reaching the sellers very soon. The Director of Skoda Auto India, Zac Hollis, has now finally confirmed this news by stating that their customers might get ready to finally see these vehicles at the showrooms soon.
Skoda’s upcoming new technology cars i.e. Octavia sedan and the Kushaq SUV have already been unveiled in India. The 2021 Octavia sedan was all set to get a launch last month in Indian market but after seeing the on-going coronavirus crisis getting adverse in the country, the Czech automobile manufacturer has finally made this difficult decision to put-off the launch till the situation gets under control. In the meantime, Octavia sedan has already been launched in the global markets earlier this year.
Now talking about Skoda Kushaq SUV, this upcoming high-tech automobile was also unveiled in Indian market this year on March 18, 2021. After it was unveiled, it became quite popular among the buyers who were eagerly waiting for its official launch but no such announcement was made by the company on the same. But now, the wait can finally get over as 2021 Kushaq SUV is likely to hit the showrooms anytime soon.
Through his Twitter handle, Zac Hollis has finally confirmed the launch of not only Octavia sedan but also the launch of Kushaq SUV this year. Both the automobiles are all set to reach in Indian market showrooms where the buyers can go and see these high technology automobiles. In his tweet, the Director of Skoda Auto India has clearly said that the Kushaq SUVs is now going to be available at outlets starting from July in Indian market, on the other hand, the Octavia sedans is most likely reach Skoda showrooms by end of this year.
This clearly means that Skoda is preparing itself for launching Kushaq SUV in just a few weeks. However, the launch of 2021 Skoda Octavia is also has been scheduled for this year but it may possibly happen a little later after at least the launch of Kushaq SUV in the upcoming month.
The Skoda Octavia fourth generation has been already under production and its first batch has already been rolled out in its Maharashtra facility. It is one of the most popular offering from Skoda in Indian market which may range between Rs 18 to Rs 24 Lakh. Meanwhile, the upcoming 2021 Skoda Kushaq SUV is expected to come with a price tag of Rs 12 lakh to Rs 16 lakh (ex-showroom) giving a huge competition to Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos SUVs in Indian market.
