The movie “Oyee’s” soundtrack album and background score were composed by ace musician Isaignani Ilayaraaja and the audio launching and all that of the movie “Oyee” was done by the no one else Tamil megastar Kamal Hasaan.

The film director Francis Markus confermed the news about choosing Sivakarthikeyan firstly for the “Oyee” and he said about it to the media that, “I had approached Sivakarthikeyan with the story, but he was already committed to a project so he couldn’t be a part of this project. We had approached another leading hero, but we were faced with a similar fate”. Markus told to the media.
