This car was on the waiting list of the company for a very long time and now, they are ready with some cool information about the car and this brand new SUV of the company will take place the OEM’s portfolio with Tata Nexon SUV. The company is ready to be different from all other companies by creating various subsegments in this area. The company has already an amazing SUV named Nexon and now, the company’s upcoming new affordable SUV named Tata Punch which will give tough competition to the previously launched model such as Mahindra KUV100, Maruti Suzuki Ignis, Hyundai Venue.
The Tata Motors company is all set to launch an affordable mid-range compact SUV in the Indian market for giving a tough fight to all the SUV markets with its incredible and outstanding price range and quality which surely grasp all the attention of purchasers towards the car. The company still has not revealed the price range of the car but expected that the car will carry a mid-range price with an affordable range for the Indian customers and it is expected that the price of the car will be similar to the Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite.
At the 2020 Auto Expo, the company revealed the HBX concept and the forthcoming Punch micro-SUV will carry a similar concept and supports the same and comes with the HBX design. Along with this, the design components are equal to other Tata SUVs as well and the headlamps of the car will be same as the Harrier and Safari with the front grille has connections with different larger SUVs. The bumper of the car supports the design of Y motifs with sheds body cladding and also supports the tyres off-road.
In the interior of the car, an entertainment and information touchscreen system of 7.0-inch is fitted. The upcoming Tata Punch comes with the petrol engine variant only and the car supports the power of a 1.2-litre with the petrol engine of three-cylinder naturally aspirated. The engine provides the maximum power of 86 hp with the transmission of 5-speed and it supports both manual and AMT gearbox. Stay tuned with us.
