TVS Motors has launched the new 2021 edition of the Apache RTRT 160 4V in India. The ex-showroom price of the new edition will start at Rs. 1.07 lakh for the model of the drum brake and another side, the disc brake model can be expected to cost Rs. 1.10 lakh ex-showroom. The company is ensuring that the price of the model will not be increased as the previous motorcycle. The new edition 2021 will come with some slight mechanical updates with more power and torque engine than previous one. Which is making the most powerful motorcycle on the street.
The company decided to bring the previous design on this new edition and we can see that this is a unchanged model. The 2021 edition Apache RTR 160 4V TVS has updated the materials of the motorcycle seat with “carbon-fibre” stlyed texture. Some changes have been done on the motorcycle by the company. Also, the model have a features of 159cc engine, 4-valve, oild-cooled engine, single cylinder including 17.63bhp at 9250pm and 14.73Nm torque at 7250rpm. It is about 1 bhp more than the previous model while less than the Newton-meter of addition peak torque. With all of this, buyers will feel comfortable on riding experience. Along with this, the torque of the model have been increased to 14.73 Nm from 14.12 Nm and the power engine have continued paired with five speed gears. With some more powerful engine, the model is coming with a unique class and will compete Bajaj Pulsar NS160, which was launched last year, Honda Hornet 2.0 (September 2020), and Hero Xtreme 160R (2019).
