The Indian multinational company, TVS has unveiled the TVS Creon in India and planning to launch the electric scooter in the Indian market. Yes, the two-wheeler manufacturing company is preparing to launch the new electric scooter named Creon. Along with this, the company is going to invest Rs. 1,000 Crore in the portfolio of electric vehicles. According to the reports, the company has already shown the Creon electric scooter in 2018 during the Auto Expo. While, it was rumored that the scooter is going to take its first step in the domestic market in March, next year.
It has been already revealed that the electric vehicle will be based on the concept of Creon. Now, the customers are thinking about the launch and which kind of technology and features will be seen inside the electric scooter, and what about the connectivity option is available. The model is manufacturing in the hub in Hosur and the maintenance is going on under the 500 engineers because they are busy giving a final shape to the electric scooter and now, the model is going to launch in the Indian market.
Well, the features and specifications have been revealed in the scooter and the Creon scooter will come with the Lithium-ion battery pack which has a capacity of 12Kw. Along with this, the scooter is equipped with a fast-charging system and the customers will get to see amazing charging speed in less time. It is going to launch with a powerful battery that can easily accelerate from 0 to 60km/h in just 5.1 seconds.
Also, the company is claiming that the electric scooter can be run up to 80 KM in a single charge, and then, the customers can charge the battery up to 80 percent in just a single hour by using the option of fast charging. The company is ready to launch the new model which is high above the TVS iQube. Now, the model will have advanced features, and also, the price of the Creon is more than iQube.
Along with this, the scooter will have common features like a charging slot for smartphones, a TFT Screen, park assist, riding modes, brakings, a system with anti-theft, and geofencing. Now, the company has sold the iQube electric scooter in selected cities like Delhi, Pune, Coimbatore, Bengaluru, and Chennai. By launching the new model, the company is going to launch the TVS Creon and expand the popularity of their electric scooter in the country.
