Very recent Zee TV launches’ a weekend based different type of TV series called ‘Amma’ which is as per report loosely based on the life of Jenabai Daaruwali who was once an influential personality in the Mumbai underworld.
According to reliable sources, “Amma will explore the journey of the rise of this female don through five decades after her husband deserts her. In the process, she gets into illegal activities and meets people like Haji Mastan , Dawood Ibrahim . The characters have been given fictional names but one will be seeing the characters of south Indian don Muniswami Mudaliar, Mastan and Dawood being portrayed onscreen”.
Movie actress Urvashi Sharma is playing the lead role in the series while Aman Verma will play a south Indian don.
The producer of the show Farhan P Zamma , speak about producing a TV series which is based on the life of Jenabai or not, and he said, “Being a producer, I can say that it’s going to be more of a fiction show. But then, her story had so many sides. We have sought inspiration, but then it could be the story of any other woman who’s trying to survive with her child”.
The upcoming crux of the TV series Amma is too showcase that Zeenat will be getting married to Hyder for her child but it has Parvesh planned a conspiracy against Zeenat and Hyder as Parvesh is having the lust for her.
So actually may be Parvesh will be married Zeenat as he will kidnap Hyder where his goons will be killing Hyder. And he planned to marry Zeenat as his face will be cover with Sehra. It will be interesting to see whether Zeenat will get to know the fact of Parvesh.
And she will also adopt the path of violence when someone will be tried to molest her. In order to save her honour, Zeenat will be choosing the violence path. And she will be turn out Amma from Zeenat.
