Vijay’s “Theri” released worldwide on the last Thursday with massive response from the fans the film received. With the extremely well review from the critics, “Theri” managed to have huge good feedback from the audiences too. With the positive mouth word publicity “Theri” is managed to earn Rs. 13.1 Crores in the entire Tamil Nadu.

On worldwide, “Theri” collected Rs 28.46 Crores which is big amount for the Kollywood movies anyway. On its second day “Theri” minted Rs 9.4 Crores approximately on its domestic market which is high but not as much appealing for a Vijay’s movie. Saturday the collections’ of the movie was okay.

In USA and Canada the movie had earn Rs 2.54 crore around on its premiere shows, in U.K. Rs 67 lakh, France Rs 37 lakh, and on worldwide the movie collected Rs.6 crore approximately.
“Theri” also had huge limelight as it is Vijay’s 59th film and it is promoted well. In its coming days it is expected that “Theri” will be doing more good business.

On the global market “Theri” collected Rs. 30 + 15 crores on its 3rd day.
