Not many of us have heard the name of Ulefone. It is a Chinese handset maker which is known for its handsets delivering quality of specs and features. Ulefone has today introduced a new venture Ulefone Power which is priced at the amount of $210. As its name suggest, USP of this smart phone can be considered its large battery backup, it includes 6050mAh battery backup along with 9V/2 -3A quick charge which claims to charge the phone completely within 90 to 120 minutes. With Quick Charge, company promises talk time up to 2h and 30 minutes and standby time up to 1 day.
Ulefone Power Specifications Features
It features quite sleek and appealing looks. It is just 9.5mm in thickness and weighs just 190 grams. To augment the looks it boast metallic frame with abrasion-proof back cover. It measures 155x77x9.5mm and weighs 190grams. It features 5.5” display delivering screen resolution up to 1080p and 2.5D glasses. The screen is protected from corning gorilla glass 3 screen protection.
It is powered by 64-bit Octa core processor which is based on MediaTek MT6753 chipset. To enhance the graphics of the gaming applications it incorporates Mali T-720 GPU. The processor is coupled along with 3GB of internal RAM. It bears 16GB of internal memory which can be further expandable up to 128GB with the help of MicroSD card slot. Currently it operates on Android 5.1.1 Lolipop version and the company proclaims that the operating system is upgradable up to Android 6.0 Marshmallows.
It caters 13MP of rear shooter with Sony IMX214 sensors and f/1.8 aperture, to light up the dull background it boasts dual LED flash. There is 5MP of front facing camera with Omnivision OV54648 sensors which can be used for clicking selfies and for video calling.
It accommodates connectivity features like Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, USB, GPS, 4G, 3G etc. It provides hybrid dual SIM with one Micro SIM slot and other Micro SIM or Micro SD card slot.
For now it is available in various color variants like dark blue, wooden and silver white and is priced at US $210 or Rs 13,945. Looking at the price, it boards quite appealing and decent specification. Apart from that we also get finger print sensors that can unlock the phone with 0.1 to 0.3 seconds. It comes with dedicated camera shutter key through which one can even start the voice recording when that key is long pressed. For remote function it also incorporates IR sensors.
