US soccer superstar striker Alex Morgan along with her husband, LA Galaxy player Servando Carrasco on Wednesday announced on Twitter that they are expecting a baby girl in the month of April.

She wrote on her social media account while posting photos that showed her holding a sign that reads. “Baby girl, April 2020.” In the meantime, Morgan due is to come out kicking in April.
“We are already in love and we haven’t even met her yet. Newest member of the Carrasco family, coming soon,”
Carrasco also wrote on Instagram, “Can’t wait to meet my baby girl,”
Since New Year’s Eve 2014, Morgan, 30, and Carrasco, 31, have been married and this is going to be their first child.
The national team on the other hand had also sent its best wishes, tweeting: “ALL THE TEARS OF JOY. The #USWNT (and Carrasco) fam is growing and we could not be more excited! Congrats @alexmorgan13 and Servando!”

On the other hand, the MLS team of Carrasco, the Galaxy, also wrote, “Congratulations Servando and @alexmorgan13.”
You can see in the pic, Carrasco holds an onesie that reads “Ready or Not” and Morgan on the other hand holds a board that says the month of the expected arrival.
Talking about her soccer career, Team co-captain Morgan, 30, has earned the Silver Boot in order to help to lead the U.S. Women’s National Team to its second straight World Cup title over the summer. She has also won the ESPY for Best Female Athlete.

According to a source which is “close to Morgan” stated that she still hopes to compete at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo that is going to held next summer, as per to ESPN report. But at the same time, the pregnancy “presumably rules Morgan out of Olympic qualifying for the U.S., as well as the early portion of the 2020 National Women’s Soccer League season with the Orlando Pride,” the sports network stated in a statement.
