Asus has unveiled the two highly advanced smartphones under its new series. The long-anticipated Asus Zenfone 8, Zenfone 8 Flip have been finally launched globally along with unveiling its price and specifications officially. The ZenFone 8 has been designed as the smallest flagship phone of Asus ever since the launch of ZenFone 4 Pro that was unveiled back in the year 2017. Comparing to the ZenFone 8 Flip, it is a bit contrast to the Asus Zenfone 8 and it gets the rotating camera design that was launched in the ZenFone 7 series as well.

ASUS ZenFone 8 comes with a 5.9-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with the aspect ratio of 20:9. The display gets the Gorilla Glass Victus protection and has 120Hz refresh rate along with certified by HDR10 and HDR10+. This newly lunched smartphone features octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, together with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, under this hood. Talking about its connectivity, the smartphone consist of 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB Type-C port for the functions of charging as well as for data transfer. The screen has the 20:9 aspect ratio, along with getting the protection from Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The Asus Zenfone 8 Flip is powered by the Snapdragon 888 5G SoC and comes in a single variant which is of up to 12GB RAM, 256GB storage. Coming to its camera, the smartphone features a triple cameras setup of 64MP + 12MP + 8MP. In addition to that, the smartphone is backed by giant 5,000mAh battery with the 30W fast charging support.
ASUS ZenFone 8 and ZenFone 8 Flip Variants, Prices & Availability
The newly launched ASUS Zenfone 8 Flip is available in single variant i.e. 8GB + 256GB storage version. The lone variant of ASUS Zenfone 8 Flip comes with a price tag of EUR 799, which in INR will be approx. Rs 71,100.This storage version of the phone is going to be available in Europe market very soon.
On the other hand, the ASUS Zenfone 8 is going to be available in three different variant options with difference in their price range. The base variant of ASUS Zenfone 8 is 6GB + 128GB version which starting price is EUR 599 (approx. Rs. 53,200). The higher version than the base variant is 8GB + 128GB variant which will be available at USD 669 (roughly Rs. 59,400). The higher version of ASUS Zenfone 8 is 16GB+ 256GB model which will come with a price tag of USD 799 (approx. Rs. 71,000).
Initially, the ZenFone 8 base version is going to available for sale in Europe and Taiwan in the Obsidian Black colour. However, two other colour options of ZenFone 8 such as Horizon Silver and Moonlight White are currently available but for the pre-orders.
