Actor Varun Dhawan gives his reply to Govinda on insulting him :- Mumbai: On Saturday, Bollywood actor – Govinda had spoken quite bluntly about his feelings on the likes of David Dhawan, Karan Johar and Salman Khan. The actor Govinda has been gearing up for the release of his upcoming film – Aa Gaya Hero.

The veteran actor – Govinda has sarcastically hit out at Varun Dhawan.

Varun Dhawan is the son of director David Dhawan. Varun Dhawan collaborated with Govinda a whopping 17 times. He has often been hailed as a worthy successor to Govinda by industry insiders and fans.

The veteran actor Govinda Said that How can he (Varun) be like me? He needs to be innocent, uneducated and a poor village boy to become Govinda. There is a benefit for Varun because he is already a son of a director. Varun has not done more than two films with his father in last six years and I did 17 films with his father (David Dhawan).

Varun took the jibe on his stride sportingly enough. Now Varun will soon be seen alongside Alia Bhatt in Shashank Khaitan’s ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania.

In response to Govinda, Varun Dhawan said that there should be criticism. I learn a lot from criticism. There is no similarity between him and me which is right. There cannot be similarities. Govinda is a senior actor and I respect him. I will never be able to match up to him.

Incidentally, Varun Dhawan will be seen collaborating with father David Dhawan in the movie ‘Judwaa 2’.
