AS of now, she is busy with her movie Badhai Ho which features Ayushmann Khurranaopposite her.
The story of the movie is all about two sisters and their issues, and in this movie Sanya Malhotra playing one of the lead roles.
A source told to the media portal DNA, regarding upcoming movie of the actress Sanya Malhotra, “Vishal was in talks with a few actresses. But he finally zeroed in on Sanya. He had liked her performance in Dangal and right after the first meeting with her, he had decided that he would want her to be a part of the film. Sanya, who has signed the film, will play the younger sibling in it.”
The actress Sanya Malhotra is as of now busy with the shooting of her second Bollywood film opposite Ayushmann Khurrana.
Earlier, the reports also said that that the Dangal Girl Fatima Sana Sheikh will be reunited with Sanya Malhotra for this movie but recently Vishal had tweeted over these reports and consider it as baseless reports.
So Vishal Bharadwaj already makes it cleared that in his next untitled flick Sanya Malhotra going to be the single and solo heroine.

He had to clear the rumor; source added further, “Fatima is not even in contention for the role of the older sibling. They are in talks with a few actresses already. As of now, only Sanya has been locked in for the film.”
