When Rhea Chakraborty was first asked by the Police on the next day of Sushant Singh Rajput’s Suicide then she revealed that they fought with each other and he usually called her when went to sleep. This point of her has been noted by the man from Patahi of Muzaffarpur whose name is Kundan Kumar. On the bases of these points, he went to file a petition against her.
The complaint has been filed under the IPC Section of 306 which is for the Abduction of Suicide and 420 which is filed as fraud by Kundan Kumar.
